How is a property counted?

Two rooms of the same type count as one property. A 3-bedroom villa counts as one property.

Is PricEye a Chrome extension?

Yes. The direct €8.99 plan ships as a Chrome extension that overlays your PMS or Airbnb calendar, plus a private dashboard for revenue analytics. PMS partners can also embed PricEye white-label through a widget or REST API.

Which PMS does PricEye work with?

Any modern PMS or channel manager with an HTML calendar. We tested with Mews, Cloudbeds, Hostaway, Airbnb host dashboard, and Booking.com extranet. The overlay needs no API access.

Is my data safe with PricEye?

Your data is never shared with other partners. PricEye is EU AI Act compliant and follows GDPR. Every recommendation is logged for audit.

How much does PricEye cost?

€8.99 per property per month for hotels and Airbnb hosts. PMS partners get custom pricing (volume tiers or revenue share).
